Ms. Zhan graduated from Dalian University and she specializes in engineering and mechanic, semiconductor and international field. And the escorting Mr. Katsuhiro, Mr. Shinichi, and Mr. Yuchi all are experts in their professional fields. Fujimoto & Partners was founded on April 1, 1974. Fujimoto & Partners has been divided into such several sections as Patent Sections, Design & Trademark Section, International Section, Patent Legal Section, and Management Section. Their services cover various fields.

Mr. Hu, the general manager of CENFO, attended the meeting and communicated with the attorneys on the topic of establishing a long cooperation relationship. Ms. Zhan and Mr. Hu introduced Fujimoto & Partners and CENFO in turn, thus we both had an initial recognition to each other. Ms. Zhan introduced current Japanese IP conditions and some new regulations of patent application. On the request of Ms. Zhan, Mr. Hu predicted the implementation time of the forth amended patent law of China. It is important that both of us exchanged the comments and advices on the part of charges, which is a significant threshold to build a cooperation relationship.
